Our Ballet Mistress
A dancer in her own right, Fei Fei completed advanced classical ballet training at the Cecilia Hon Ballet Theatre. Fei Fei is a high-caliber dance instructor currently teaching classical ballet, floor-barre, street & contemporary dance for children & adults.
Being a passionate and dedicated dance instructor, Fei's warm personality, versatility, creativity and expertise in various dance forms has inspired people of all ages to love dancing.
Modeled for tv commercials & media. A highly talented and creative dancer-instructor- Fei Fei is a Registered Teacher of the Royal Academy of Dance, UK, and member of Australian Teachers of Dancing. She is also certified Floor-Barre instructor in Southeast Asia, pioneer in teaching Rommett Floor-Barre in Singapore to help individuals gaining better control of their bodies and recuperate from injuries.
Fei is currently coaching dancers and gymnasts in Singapore. She choreographed many dances for school events & public performances. She staged repertoires from classical ballet ro contemporary dance. Her work Les Chats (The Cats), a 2 acts dance pantomime, was premiered in Victoria Theatre in 2006, where her original story was written to feature modern and ballet dance groups. Fei's contemporary dance coaching & choreographies participating in Singapore Youth Festival has clinched Gold awards.
Her adult classes are very danceable, simple with a classic sense of line, placement, musicality and style. The exercises are not just dance steps, but are anatomically sound and designed to improve the body. All parts of the dancer are exercised to promote harmony of movement according to each individual's level of training and ability in a non-competitive atmosphere. Fei teaches an integrative, fundamental maintenance syllabus for all types of dancers.
